I am a bottomless pit today. What a strange expression for someone who

has a case of the mean munchies. I just finished chatting with Mark John (Courage Canada) and he's off to play some hockey, which encouraged me to move...somewhat...so I'm going to do pilates soon. Tomorrow night is the Last show ever at the Reverb! tragic tragic. I'm heading out to support one of the first venues I hit in Toronto and my buddy's band Left Turn City. Saturday is a King of the Dot Battle. I may go out and support Scott Jackson, number one beatboxer in Canada. Check out his appearance on flow ( filmed by my guy Phillydfilms) Scott Jackson.
